“A Day with GRAMA” is tomorrow! We have had a very positive response to the conference. As of today we have over 200 registrants to attend in-person, and over 140 registrants to participate online.

Event time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Keep in mind that we have 200+ registrants, so we recommend arriving earlier rather than later.

Food and drink: Library policy does not allow food or drink in the auditorium; water is okay. Because of this restriction we are unable to provide refreshments. The library does have a café and other small shops where you can purchase a snack or drink during breaks.
Public transit: The TRAX Red Line, stops right in front of the library at Library Station.
Parking: An open-air parking lot is located at 400 S. West Temple, near the Courthouse Station TRAX stop (located on Main Street). Parking is $4.00/day and you can catch the Red Line from the Courthouse Station to the library for free. Parking space is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The parking lot next to the library is $12.00/day. Two-hour metered parking is available around the library. Other parking options are available; these are just a few that we found.
Lunch: A lunch break will be taken from noon-1:30 p.m. Many restaurants are located near the library. You can easily take TRAX to a variety of eating establishments. A map of downtown restaurant options is available here.
Conference materials: We post available conference materials as quickly as possible, usually within a week of the conference. The best way to keep up on available training materials and events is to subscribe to our blog, recordskeepers.wordpress.com .
Name tag holders: In order to keep costs down on conference events, if you do not need your name tag holder we ask that you recycle it by placing it in the boxes at the registration desk following the conference.
