Only nine more days until Education Conference 2017!!! This conference is geared toward education institutions, both public and charter, from primary to post-secondary. Presentations will cover records management and access issues specific to education records. The full conference schedule is below.
All board and staff members who are involved in managing or providing access to education records will benefit from this conference. Records officers from non-education institutions may benefit from the presenters’ professional experiences, and are also welcome to attend or participate online.
The conference will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Miller Free Enterprise Center, 9750 S. 300 W. in Sandy, UT. The conference will be in the stadium-style seating auditorium, room 101. The venue has free parking and the on-site eatery, Copper Edge. Additional lunch options are within a short driving distance. Attending in-person is a great way to mix and mingle with colleagues, share experiences, and get new ideas!
If you are unable to join us in person, please join us online! The live, online broadcast will allow you to easily see and hear the presenter, as well as see the presentation slides. You will also be able to ask questions and share ideas through instant messaging. Attending online is a great opportunity to participate individually or to watch as a group.
Presentation recordings and materials will be available post-conference, as permitted by presenters.
